Daniel Lee Alexander

Daniel Lee Alexander, 47, of Plainville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 19, 1970 in Washington, Indiana to Hugh Michael and Nancy (Skomp) Alexander. He married his loving wife, Marjorie ‘Sue’ (Smith) Alexander on August 13, 1993.

Daniel was a member of the Odon First Christian Church. He had been employed at Jasper Engines and Transmissions and enjoyed fishing every chance he got.

Survivors include: his wife, Sue Alexander of Plainville; three sons, Tyler, Dustin and Kristopher Alexander, all at home; his parents, Hugh and Nancy Alexander of Odon; one brother, Michael (Ronna) Alexander of Odon; one sister, Chris (Tom) Wittmer, of Odon; several nieces and nephews.

Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Lucille Skomp and Ira and Mildred Alexander.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at The Odon First Christian Church with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Daniel will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, March 12 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, all at the church.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the church.
