Naomi Vivian (Campbell) Scott

Naomi Vivian (Campbell) Scott, 94, of Odon, Indiana, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon. She was born on May 26, 1923 in Elnora, Indiana, the daughter of Clarence and Lilly (White) Campbell of Elnora. On July 6, 1943, she married Rome Edward Scott, who passed away on September 19, 1991.

Naomi graduated from Elnora High School and went on to work at Washington Hospital and then for Dearmin’s in Odon. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and working in her yard and flower garden.

Survivors include: her sons, Ronald Rome Scott and John Allen Scott, both of Odon; her grandchildren, Jennifer Scott, David Scott and Drayea Scott (Matt) Knaga; great-grandsons, Rome Matthew Knaga and Henry Robert Knaga; several nieces and nephews.

Naomi was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Rome; brothers, George, Eldon and Eugene Campbell and sister, Vacie (Campbell) Long.

There will be no public visitation or funeral service. Naomi will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.

The Scott family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Ketcham Memorial Center, 601 E. Race St., Odon, IN 47562, in memory of Naomi.
