Kenneth C. Hill

Kenneth C. Hill, 64, of Odon, Indiana, passed from this life, on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. He was born on October 30, 1959 in Washington to Ronald Lee Hill and Martha (Reece) Deibert. Kenny married his wife, Kimberly, on March 2, 1979.

Kenny was a US Army veteran and attended the Plainville Methodist Church. He worked as a roofer. He enjoyed watching Westerns, listening to Christian music and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Family left to cherish the memories of Kenny include: his wife, Kimberly Hill; two sons, Kelly (Tina) Byrer and Joshua (Kaylin) Hill; one daughter, Stacy (Steve) Simmons; nine grandchildren, Austen (Tiffany) Byrer, Kyron Simmons, Brecklin Byrer, Gracelyn Byrer, Kaden Simmons, Jaxon Byrer, Hazel Hill, Gemma Hill and Calum Hill; one great-grandchild on the way; four brothers, Ron Hill, Kevin Hill, Scott Hill and Brian Hill; three sisters, Karen Hannah, Robbie Wells and Crystal Buskirk.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael Hill.

Funeral services to honor the life of Kenny will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Steve Sims officiating. Kenny will be laid to rest in Plainville Cemetery following military graveside rites presented by the US Army Honor Guard and Odon VFW Post #9627.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
