Rosann L. (Lang) Farren

Rosann L. Farren, 94, of Odon, Indiana, passed peacefully from this life, on Friday, July 12, 2019 in Odon, Indiana. She was born on August 9, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois to Karl and Rosa (Arthofer) Lang. Rosann married the love of her life, John Lee Farren on May 21, 1958 and he passed December 6, 2012.

Rosann was of Christian faith and attended the Odon United Methodist Church. She was a Corporate Assistant Secretary and Executive Assistant at Horizon Federal Savings Bank with 25 years of service. 

Family left to cherish Rosann’s memory include: her niece Vickie (Robert) Hayes of Odon; nephews Ron (Becky) Parsons of Odon and Rick (Shelia) Parsons of Jeffersonville.

Rosann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister.

Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 PM noon on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Meng Family Funeral Home with Pastor Debbie Payne officiating. Rosann will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, IL.

Family and friends may call at Meng’s from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM noon on Tuesday, July 16th.
