Anna May (Gingerich) Pottorff, 69, of Odon, Indiana, passed away peacefully at Jasper Memorial Hospital at 3:04 AM on Sunday, December 10, 2023, with family by her side.

She was born on September 11, 1954 to the late John and Elizabeth (Wagler) Gingerich. Ann married Enis Pottorff on March 31, 1972.

Ann enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, gardening, attending her grandchildren's sporting events and Saturday morning breakfast. She loved early morning coffee on her front porch and watching her hummingbirds. Ann faithfully attended Odon Christian Church.

Family left to cherish the memory of Ann include: her husband of 51 years, Enis Pottorff; their four children, Jason (Melissa), Bridget (Jim), Josh (Whitney) and Brandon, all of Odon; grandchildren, Anthony, Aaron, Andrew, Alex, Brayden, Harley, Bentley, Brody, Zander, Benjamyn and Zoey; four great-grandchildren and one on the way; sisters, Mary Catherine (Virgil) Wittmer, Geneva Armes and Dot (Leroy) Mullett; brothers, John Gingerich and Darrell Gingerich (Dee Capozzi); sister-in-law, Rosa Gingerich; several nieces and nephews.

Ann was preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, infant Terry Joe and Dave; brothers-in-law, Ben Wagler, Bob Armes and Delbert Stoll.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Odon Christian Church with Micah Stephen officiating. Ann will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Thursday at the church.
