Archie Ervin Rose, 85, of Linton, Indiana, passed from this life, with loved ones by his side, on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. He was born on July 25, 1939 in Linton to Edson and Bertha Madeline (Moore) Rose.

Archie was retired from General Electric, Linton Plant. He was a past member of the Moose Club and ABATE.

Family left to cherish the memory of Archie include: one daughter, Kim Stuller of Switz City, IN; three grandchildren, Craig (Toni) Stuller of Chicago, IL, Alexis (Tyler) Vandeventer of Lyons and Megan (Dylan) Mason of Switz City; seven great-grandchildren, Marty, Jack, Gracie, Melody, Macy-Jo, Avery and Haisley.

Archie was preceded in death by: his parents; two sons, Frank Edson Rose and Noah Arthur Rose; sister, Mary Alderson; brothers, David Rose and Raymond Rose.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Pastor Cory Wiggington officiating. Archie will be laid to rest in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lyons.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
