Billie J. Fitzpatrick, 94, of Linton, Indiana, peacefully went to Heaven on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at her residence in Linton. She was born on April 26, 1925 and raised by Hank Larson and Fern Weaver-Heenan. She married Robert Fitzpatrick on August 31, 1949.

Billie worked faithfully along with her husband Robert during his year as Exalted Ruler at the Linton Elks Lodge #866 to help establish the kitchen and dining for the club. She was a member of the Linton First Christian Church and the Linton-Stockton High School class of 1943. She was employed for 49 years at the Greene County Circuit Court. During her career she worked for three different judges.

Family left to cherish the memory of Billie include: son, Brad Fitzpatrick of Beech Grove, IN; two grandsons, Ryan Fitzpatrick of Beech Grove, IN and Tyler Fitzpatrick of Plainfield, IN.

Billie was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Robert and one brother.

A funeral service honoring the life of Billie will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Warren Shake officiating. Billie will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Friday, November 1 and from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home.

The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to the Linton First Christian Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
