Brenda Sue Dove (Kaiser), 68, was born July 11, 1956, in Washington, Indiana to Pricilla May (Waggoner) and Walter Edwin Kaiser. Brenda was one of four siblings. She grew up in Odon spending time between a family farm and auction house.

Brenda took the entrepreneurial spirit she learned in childhood and replicated it time and again across her life to include a car lot in Alabama, BJ's Café in Farlen, Farmers Pizza in Elnora and a secondhand shop in Farlen.

Brenda had a personality that filled any room she entered. She spent time doing yard work, arranging flowers and fishing. She enjoyed telling tales from the past and spending time with family and friends.

Brenda will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her fiancé of 25 years, Dale Evans of Odon, her daughter, Elizabeth (Cosby) Hilderbrand of Bloomfield, her step-daughter, Amy (Nathan) Wagner of Westfield, her step-son, Michael (Michelle) Evans of Canaan , Tammy Dove, Amanda Smith, her grandchildren, Zach Dove, Kali Sanders, Izabelle Hilderbrand, Braden Wagler, Amya Hilderbrand and Kelsey Hilderbrand, her sister, Wilma (Chris) Miller of Washington, her niece, Brittany (Jacob) Rowe, her cousins, Monica (Greg) McCrary and Bobby Cox, special family members, Pam (Steve) Wagler and countless friends.

Brenda is preceded in death by two sons, Christopher Dove and Timothy "Buddy" Dove, two siblings, Linda Neely and William "Bill" Kaiser, and her parents, May and Walter Kaiser.

Funeral services to honor the life of Brenda will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Meng Family Funeral Homes in Odon with Adam Cissell officiating. Brenda will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
