Cathrine L. (Cathy Gibson) Decker, 48, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away Friday, April 6, 2007, in Indianapolis. Born in Linton, Indiana, on October 26, 1958, she was the daughter of Donald H. and Iris Jean (Lockhart) Gibson. Cathy was a nurse's aid and homemaker. She graduated from Shakamak High School with the Class of 1976.

Survivors include one daughter: Crissy D. Decker of Indianapolis and one granddaughter Tristen Clark. Also surviving are four brothers and one sister: Brother: Donny W. (Cathy) Gibson of Indianapolis, Sister: Nedra C. (Randy) Minardo of Noblesville, Brother: Jim R. (Cathy) Gibson of Greenwood, IN and Brother: Doug L. Gibson of Sheridan, IN, Brother: Matt J. Gibson of Frankfort, IN.

Cathy was preceded in death by her mother, Iris Jean (Lockhart) Gibson.

Friends may call at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, April 10, 2007. and from 9:00 AM until the hour of service on Wednesday. Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 11, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Orman officiating. Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery north of Sandborn.
