Cynthia D. (Shake) Stamback, 58, of Odon, Indiana, passed from this life into Heaven, on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. She was born on November 1, 1964 in Washington to Von Jay and Fae (Terrell) Shake. Cindy married David Stamback on November 11, 2017.

Cindy attended Bethany Christian Church. She worked in Housekeeping at a hotel for several years. Cindy loved to color and the Indianapolis Colts.

Family left to cherish the memory of Cindy include: her mother, Fae Shake of Odon; three brothers, Kevin (Angie) Shake of Plainville, Damon Shake of Odon and Perry (Carla) Shake of Bloomington.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, her husband, David Stamback and one brother, Steve Shake.

Funeral services to honor the life of Cindy will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Jim Pieper officiating. Cindy will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31 and prior to the service at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
