Daniel Lee Armstrong, 47, of Freelandville, Indiana, passed from this life on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville. He was born on August 7, 1977 in Bloomington, Indiana to Frank R., Jr. and Sandra K. (Cranford) Armstrong.

Daniel was a member of the 2nd Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Odon. He worked as a machinist.

Family left to cherish the memory of Daniel include his daughter, Abigail Armstrong of Freelandville and her guardian, Christopher Sheetz.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Frankie Armstrong III.

A funeral service to honor the life of Daniel will be at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 1, 2024 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Adam Cissell officiating. Daniel will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery at a later date.

Family and friends may call from 3:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
