Debra Lynn Baird, 62, of Bloomfield, Indiana, passed away with loved ones by her side, on Tuesday, September 2, 2021 at Bloomington, Indiana. She was born on November 26, 1958 to Jerry Rich and Carolyn (Martin) Mowery. Debra married Larry Baird on June 3, 2006.

Debra was a member of the Scotland Community Church. She worked in Swine Production and at various flower shops.

Family left to cherish Debra's memory include: her husband, Larry Baird; son, Tanner Patterson of Bloomfield; daughters, Michelle Liggett of Henderson, Kentucky and Lauren Baird of Boonville; grandchildren, Blaine, Maddisen, Layne, Zayne, Paislee, Piper, Kale, Payton and Taylor; mother, Carolyn Mowery; brothers, Robert Mowery of Owensville, Jerry Rich, Jr. of Valparaiso and Jack Mowery of Odon; sisters, Kathy Campbell of Merrillville, Teresa Koedyker of Valparaiso and Tina Hudson of Odon; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Pastor Robert Bruner officiating. Debra will be laid to rest in Scotland Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at 2:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
