Donald L. Bair, 93, of Bloomfield, Indiana, passed from this life, on Tuesday, November 15, 2024 at Poplar Care Strategies in Loogootee, Indiana. He was born on May 26, 1931 in Akron, Ohio to MC 'Ted' and Katherine Marie (Maryfield) Bair. Donald was married to Shirley (Arney) Bair.

Donald was a US Marine veteran and a member of the Bloomfield Wesleyan Church. He worked as a barber in Bloomfield for many years. Donald enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his family.

Family left to cherish the memories of Donald include: his wife, Shirley Bair; one son, Terry (Cindy Ploss) Bair; two grandchildren, Cody and Tyler Bair.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Maxine Stafford.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Elnora Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Dirus Dustin and Pastor Gerald Montgomery officiating. Donald will be laid to rest following military graveside rites by the US Marine Honor Guard and the Odon VFW Post #9627.
