Dorothy Louise Small, 90, of Bloomfield, Indiana, went to Heaven, with family by her side, on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon. She was born on May 14, 1934 in Washington, Indiana to Elmer H. and Mary (Knott) Cox. Dorothy married the love of her life, Odell Lee Small on May 14, 1952.

Dorothy was a member of the Antioch Christian Church in Bloomfield and Delta Theta Tau of Bloomfield. She was a homemaker that took much pride in caring for her home and family.

Family left to cherish the memory of Dorothy include: one daughter, Marilyn L. (George) Dallaire; three sons, Lee B. (Dawnee) Small, Michael J. (Mindy) Small and Terry R. (Joanne) Small; ten grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Odell Lee Small; sister, Mariemma Burk; brothers, Elmer Cox and Donald Cox.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Bethany Cemetery in Montgomery with Jack Tolbert officiating.
