Edward Thomas Scott, 50, of Bicknell, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on November 28, 1967 to Thomas Edward and Linda Lou (Black) Scott.

Edward worked in merchandising most of his life. He was a member of the Odon Order of Eastern Star and Moore Lodge #303 F&AM, Odon, IN. Edward loved hunting, fishing, boating, painting and prospecting for gold, minerals and gemstones. He also enjoyed watching and learning about animals, working on cars, and anything outdoors. He helped other people, even to his detriment. Edward was a member of the Huff N' Puff Construction Crew. He also volunteered at Our Haven Nature Sanctuary in French Lick and at the Midian Campground at Springville.

Survivors include his parents, Thomas Edward and Linda Lou (Black) Scott of Sharon, PA; partner, Kay Lynne Isaac of Bicknell, IN; son, James Edward Scott of Bicknell, IN and uncle, David Black of PA.

Edward was preceded in death by: paternal grandparents, McKee Alexander Scott and Anna Catherine Scott; maternal grandparents, James R. Black and Lucy Virginia Black; several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A visitation is scheduled for 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon.

An Order of Eastern Star service is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Monday, followed by a Masonic Service.
