Ernest Eugene Graber, 61, of Montgomery, passed away at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, October 24 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, from serious brain injuries he received in an accident. He was born May 10, 1957 in Daviess County, Indiana to John and Alta Graber, they survive. Ernest married Sarah Knepp, May 27, 1979, and she survives. He was a member in the Old Order Amish Church.

Ernest is preceded in death by his father-in-law, Joseph Knepp, mother-in-law, Viola Knepp, a sister-in-law, Mary Ruth Graber, brothers-in-law, Samuel Knepp, Lewis Knepp and Joe Knepp Jr., 4 nephews and 1 niece.

He is survived by: his wife, Sarah; children, Wanda Jane (Richard) Graber, Angela Sue (Robert) Graber, Joyce Elaine (Gary) Graber, Darla Michelle (Robert) Wittmer, Sheila Kaye (Marlin) Raber, Laura Rose (Philip) Graber, Royden Eugene (Jennifer) Graber, Randall Jaye (special friend, Darla Raber) Graber; grandchildren, Emily Coleen, Jared Dean, Megan Elaine, Treva Diane, Tracy Nicole, Sarah Brooke, Bethany Rose, Ryan Lee, Tyler Wayne, Brianna Faith, Austin Roman, Reece Carter, Samara Joy, Ariyah Claire and Kyson Blake; his parents, John and Alta Graber; brothers and sisters, Lou (Karen) Graber, Barbara (Galen) Wagler, Darrell (Leah) Graber, Donna (Cliff) Graber and Johnnie (Ruth) Graber.

Viewing will be Thursday, October 25 and Friday, October 26 at the Produce Building in Montgomery. Funeral service will be 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at the Produce Building with Home Minister officiating. Ernest will be laid to rest in Parsons Cemetery in Montgomery.
