Fayetta J. Christenberry, 90, of Clinton, Indiana, formerly of Linton, sweetly went to Heaven on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Clinton Gardens. She was born on October 13, 1930 in Linton to Harvey B. and Malinda B. (Lester) Morrison. Faye married Walter L. 'Bill' Christenberry on January 16, 1948.

Faye was a member of the Jasonville Church of God. She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her home and family. Faye owned and operated Shepherd's Love Bible Bookstore for 25 years before retiring in 2009.

Family left to cherish the memory of Faye include: one daughter, Linda (Russell) Mitchell of Guyton, GA; two sons, Steven (Vera) Christenberry of Michigan City, IN and Tom (Jeri) Christenberry of Rosedale; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Faye was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Bill Christenberry; two daughters, Debra Penn and Lisa Smith; five brothers and three sisters.

A graveside service to honor the life of Faye will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, Indiana with Warren Shake officiating.

There will be no visitation held.

In compliance with state regulations, social distancing and face masks are required by all attending.
