Helen (Devine) Streepy, 93, of Odon, Indiana, passed from this life, with family by her side, on Friday, April 12, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville. She was born on November 3, 1930 in Washington, Indiana to James and Mae (Evans) Devine. Helen married her loving husband, Leroy Streepy, Sr. on August 20, 1949.

Helen was a member of the Parkview Christian Church. She was a homemaker and loved being able to take care of her home and family. She was an avid puzzler, and she enjoyed watching IU Basketball and the Chicago Cubs.

Family left to cherish the memories of Helen include: her husband, Leroy Streepy, Sr.; four sons, Leroy (Debbie) Streepy, Jr. of Loogootee, Jim (Linda) Streepy of Washington, IN, Steve (Jan) Streepy of Odon and Rick (Linda) Streepy of Lafayette, IN; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Helen was preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, Gene, Joe and Tom Devine; sisters, Alice Lannan, Dorothy Harker and Wilma Arthur.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2024, at 11 AM in the Plainville Cemetery.
