James Anthony 'Tony' Plano, 58, of Odon, Indiana, passed away the evening of Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. He was born on November 19, 1967 in Washington to James Robert and Brenda Mae (Albertson) Plano.

Tony was a father and grandfather who embraced growth, and over time, tried to be better for those he loved. Outside of his family, he also dedicated his time to creating a successful business, Pro Extreme Cleaning and Power-washing. His passion for his work was matched only by his love for the outdoors and cherished moments he spent with his dog, Frank.

Family left to cherish the memory of Tony include daughters; Jamie (Seth) Neukam, and Makayla Plano; son, Henry Plano II, one granddaughter; Ella Plano; grandmother, Pauline Auxier; sister, Tracy Beasley; former wife and mother of their children, Myra Winkel and her parents, Melba and Daniel Winkel.

Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents Mamie Plano and Henry Victor 'Vic' Plano.

A Celebration of Life will be from 4:00 ~ 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon.
