Jerry D. Remmel, 79, of Washington, Indiana, passed from this life, on Monday, September 4, 2023 at The Villages at Oakridge in Washington. He was born on April 23, 1944 in Washington to John and Aggie (Wilson) Remmel.

Jerry was a US Air Force Veteran. He retired after many years of service working as a self-employed plumber.

Family left to cherish the memory of Jerry include: his son, Jeremy (Marci) Remmel; grandchildren, Tagen and Tailynn Remmel, all of Jackson, MS and one brother, John (Myra) Remmel of Michigan City, IN.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Jackie (Remmel) Barley.

In honoring Jerry's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
