John Bill Cary, 71, of, Linton, Indiana, passed away, with loving family by his side, on Friday, October 14, 2022 at his home. He was born on December 5, 1950 in Linton to John W, Cary, Sr. and Ruth A. (Laue) Cary Cramer.

John was raised Catholic and was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and SAL American Legion Post #22. He worked as an EMT with Greene County Ambulance for many years.

Family left to cherish the memory of John include: one daughter, Shana (Jim Brinson) Perry; three sons, Josh (Jessica) Cary, Jason Cary and Jacob Cary, all of Linton; grandchildren, Isaac, Oliver, Eastyn, Summer and Gillian; his companion, Betty Mayes; two brothers, Joe (Janice) Cary of Vincennes and Jeff (Tina) Cary of Cross City, FL; one sister, Jean (Jack) Watson of Savannah, GA; two stepbrothers, Floyd A. (Sherry) Cramer of Jasonville and David (Kim) Cramer of Linton.

John was preceded in death by: his parents; step-father, Floyd L. Cramer and one brother, Jim Cary.

There will be no public viewing or services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in John's memory.
