Judith 'Judy' Kay Smith, 80, of Elnora, Indiana, passed away September 4, 2021, at Daviess Community Hospital. She was born on September 12, 1940, in Elnora, Indiana to Hollis and Jennie E. (Young) Edmondson.

Judy was a loving mother, homemaker and a faithful member of the Elnora Christian Church.

Family left to cherish the memory of Judy include her daughter Julie Smith of Worthington, Jay Smith of Elnora and several nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Max, Wayne and Clarence "Te" Edmondson; her sisters, Wilma Moore, Norma Callison and Mary Fields.

Funeral services honoring the life of Judy will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 9th, 2021, at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Pastor Steve Sims officiating. Judy will be laid to rest in Elnora Fairview Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 8th and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Elnora Christian Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
