Kenneth Dale Phillips, 71, of Terre Haute, Indiana, formerly of Linton, went to Heaven on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at The Gibson Family Center of Hospice in Terre Haute. He was born on August 31, 1953, in Kansas to Lewis Thomas and Ruth Mae (Clark) Phillips. Kenneth married Betty Joanne Couch, on July 6, 2010.

Kenneth worked as a clerk for many years. He was a member of the House of Hope and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, watching football, and smoking his pipe.

Family left to cherish the memories of Kenneth include his son, Ray Phillips; daughters, Brandy Foster, Jessica Maltbie, and Christina Phillips; stepchildren, Timothy Pruitt and Anthony Li; brothers, Lewis Phillips, Hal Phillips, Brian Phillips, and Mark Phillips; sisters, Chris Whitmore and Michelle Hart; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandson.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Debbie.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
