Kevin D. Sears, 60, of Odon, IN, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, in Martin County, IN. He was born in Washington, IN on August 19, 1957, to Ted D. and Rita (Hunter) Sears-Wilson.

Kevin worked at Kimball International, Inc. in Jasper, IN for over 15 years. He later worked at Masterbrand Cabinet in Ferdinand until his passing.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Ted Sears.

Survivors include: his mother, Rita K. Sears-Wilson of Newburgh, IN; step-mother, Kay Sears of Flora, IL; sons, Justin Sears of Washington, IN and Jeremy Sears of Fort Branch, IN; sister, Kyna (Stephanie) Sears of Newburgh, IN; step-brother, Bob (Alicia) Brown of Warren, AR; step-sister, Becky Brown of Flora, IL; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon. Kevin will be laid to rest at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon following the service.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Monday, November, 20th, and on Tuesday, November 21st, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at 2:00 PM.
