Larry Burl Lindy, 77, of Odon, Indiana, went to Heaven, on Monday, July 22, 2024 at Parkview Village Christian Care in Odon. He was born on November 19, 1946 in Washington, Indiana to Noble Burl and Imogene (Burkhart) Lindy. Larry married his loving wife, Dianna L. (Baker) Lindy on September 1, 1968.

Larry was a member of the Pleasant Hill Community Church. He retired in 2006 from Crane Naval Base DRMO with 31 years of service.

Family left to cherish the memory of Larry include: his wife, Dianna L. Lindy; two sons, Jeffery Brian (Mindy) Lindy and Jason Todd (Durenda) Lindy, both of Odon; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Terry Joe Lindy of Washington and one sister, Wilma (David) Ervin of Crown Point, IN.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon. Per Larry's wishes, there will be no services held. Larry will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery at a later date.
