Lola Irene Halbach, 73 of Linton passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2005 in Linton, IN. She was born January 11, 1932 and was the daughter of Homer G. and Helen L. (Russell) Flater. She was married to Charles R. Halbach (living) on November 24, 1949. She owned, operated, and instructed The Linton Beauty College. She is survived by her daughters, Jean A. Gregory and husband Gary, Diana L. Teague, Kathy S. Smith all of Linton, grandchildren, Tere S. Moore, Amanda L. Boulanger, Heather D. Smith and Matthew Teague all of Linton, Ryan Smith of San Diego, Ca, greatgrand children, Brady, Kyle, Kennedy, and Madison. She is also survived by her brothers and sister, Jerry L. Flater (Deloris), Jack G. Flater (Mary) both of Linton, Caroline Cass (Glen) of Martinsville, In, and her sister in law Rita Blaker (Bob) of Linton. Rev. John Catchem and James Delaney will officiate the services with burial at Fairview Cemetery, Linton.
