Mary E. Williams, 52, of Plainville, Indiana, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, May 11, 2019 in Odon, Indiana. She was born on September 26, 1966 in Columbia, Missouri to Melvin and Irene (Downs) Duffield. Mary married her loving husband, Timothy J. Williams, on June 16, 1984.

Mary worked as a Manager at the Jay C Store in Odon. She enjoyed antiques, craft shows and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Mary also liked to crochet and spend time working in her flowers. She was the Park Board President in Plainville for several years and was a Blue Star Mother.

Family left to cherish the memory of Mary includes: her husband, Timothy Williams; one son, Bill Williams; one daughter, Rachel (Clint) Shafer; grandchildren, Caden, Ciara and Caylee Shafer; one sister, Sharon (Alan) Crouse; two brothers, Mark (Sharon) Hauf and James (Charlene) Hauf.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Carl and George Hauf.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Pastor Micah Stephen officiating. Mary will be laid to rest in Plainville Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 14 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
