Richard Sheehe, Jr., 97, of Odon, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon. He was born on May 3, 1922 in Greene County, Indiana to Richard and Flossie (Beem) Sheehe, Sr. Richard married Marjorie R. (Overton) Sheehe on June 15, 1949.

Dick was a member of the Odon United Methodist Church. He retired in 1984 from the U.S. Postal Service and continued with his enjoyment as a carpenter in his later years.

Family left to cherish the memory of Dick include: his wife, Marjorie Sheehe; one daughter, Ruth Ann (Mike) Flinn of Elnora; daughter-in-law, Vickie Sheehe of Princeton; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Bill R. Sheehe.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Pastor Debbie Payne officiating. Dick will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 2 and from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ketcham Memorial Center activities fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
