Ronald J. Atchley, 81, of Odon, Indiana, passed away on November 10, 2023, in Loogootee, Indiana. He was born on August 18, 1942, in Washington, Indiana to Ernest and Mabel (Boyd) Atchley. Ronald married his loving wife, Doris E. (Everly Quilliam) Atchley on November 16, 2012.

Family left to cherish the memory of Ronald include: his wife, Doris Atchley; four sons, Rodney (Cara) Atchley, Stacy (Amy) Atchley, Tracy (Kim) Atchley, and Jason (Candie Randall) Atchley; one daughter, Angela (Bruce) Wiles; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Judy Brock, three brothers and two sisters.

There will be a gathering of family and friends between 10 AM and 11 AM on Saturday, November 18 at Meng Family Funeral Home with a private family service to follow. Burial will follow at Kilgore Cemetery at a later date.

The Atchley family is following Ronald's wishes for cremation.
