Sandra K. (Cranford) Armstrong, 78, passed away peacefully, at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon, on Monday, November 14, 2022. She was born on July 8, 1944 in Charleston, South Carolina to Grover 'GC' and Eunice Bernice (Dabbs) Cranford. Sandra married the love of her life, Frank R. Armstrong, Jr. on December 7, 1962.

Sandra was a member of the Odon First Christian Church. She was employed at the Army Depot in Charleston and then the Winklepleck Library, retiring with 20 years of service.

Family left to cherish the memory of Sandra include: one son, Daniel Lee Armstrong; three grandchildren, Ricky Armstrong, Josh Atchley and Abigail Armstrong; one brother, Richard (Kay) Cranford of Wilmington, NC; a special friend, Susie (Nick) Raber and family.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frank Armstrong and one son, Frankie Armstrong III.

Funeral services will be at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 18, 2022 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Richard Crabtree officiating. Sandra will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon at a later date.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Parkview Village Christian Care in Odon. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
