Sharon L. Malone, 87, of Odon, Indiana, passed from this life, with family by her side, on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at Poplar Care Strategies in Loogootee, Indiana. She was born on March 22, 1938 in Vincennes, Indiana to Lish and Ina (Gaines) Devine. Sharon married her loving husband of 70 years, Bob Malone, on January 15, 1956.

Sharon was a member of the Odon United Methodist Church, Oddfellows and was Past Presidents of the Rebekah Lodge in Indiana. She worked many years for Dr. Riley and as a legal secretary. Sharon liked to quilt, crochet and play bingo.

Family left to cherish the memory of Sharon include: her husband, Bob Malone; sons, Dan Malone and Don (Billie) Malone; daughter, Diana Malone; eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Sharon was preceded in death by: her parents; three brothers, Jim Devine, Joe Devine and Bob Devine.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Odon United Methodist Church with Rev. John Windell officiating. Sharon will be laid to rest in Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Newberry.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, and from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM on Friday at the church. The Rebekah Lodge will conduct a memorial service prior to the service on Friday at the church.
