Sue G. Kohlman, 92, of Washington, Indiana, passed from this life with family by her side, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at Cedar Creek Assisted Living in Washington. She was born on September 30, 1933, in Loogootee, Indiana to Kermit and Garnett (Sargent) Williams. Sue married Dwight Kohlman on December 31, 1987.

Sue was a past member of the Washington VFW Auxiliary. She worked in Explosives at Crane.

Family left to cherish the memory of Sue include one son, Mike (Becky) Nowling; two daughters, Kim (Jay) Armes and Billie Sue Nowling; grandchildren, Ryan (Jennifer) Armes, Seth (Crystal) Armes, Scott (Kara) Armes, Abby (Brent) Armes-Baker, Megan Nowling and Amber Armes; twenty-one great-grandchildren; one brother, Glen (Jan) Williams.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dwight Kohlman and infant son, Mark Alan.

Funeral services to honor the life of Sue will be at 12:00 Noon on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Tom Watson officiating. Sue will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Elnora.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Christian Church or Daviess County 4-H. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
