Travis Owen Asdell, 48, of Odon, Indiana, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, June 21, 2021 at his home. He was born on January 28, 1973 in Washington, Indiana to Donald and Thelma Jane (Nicholson) Asdell.

Travis worked in lawn maintenance. He loved to fish and help others. Travis grew a large garden and gave produce to others free of charge. He also loved to go to the woods and camp out and be one with nature.

Family left to cherish the memory of Travis include: one sister, Wanda (Joe) Hines of Odon; two brothers, Randy Asdell of Terre Haute and Brian Asdell of Odon; five nieces and nephews, Brian Asdell, Jr., Rebecca Asdell, Patricia Anderson, Cassie Hines, Wendy Thorsell; three great nieces and nephews, Quinzel, Vincent and Finnick.

Travis was preceded in death by his parents, niece, Kayla Asdell, grandparents and uncles.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and close friends.
