Robert 'Bo' E. O'Neill

Robert E. ‘Bo’ O’Neill, 67, of Elnora, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at his home. He was born on December 14, 1954 in Washington, Indiana to Ambrose and Pauline B. (Reubelt) O’Neill. Robert married his loving wife, Glenda S. (Norris) O’Neill on May 12, 2000.

 Robert was a North Daviess Football Coach for 25 years and was awarded the 2022 Semper Fidelis Coach Award from the Marines. He was commended for creating a legacy of Intentional Leadership - lasting tradition through selfless commitment to team and community. The Semper Fidelis Award represents honor courage and commitment. He worked as an Electronic Technician at Crane, retiring in March 2020.

Family left to cherish the memory of Robert include: his wife, Glenda O’Neill; son, Barney (Audra) O’Neill of Farlen; daughter, Racheall (Joe) Lengacher of Odon; step-daughter, Ashley Pruett of Rocky Mount, VA; grandchildren, Cassidy, Alexander, Amelia, Abraham, Dakota, Keegan, Ainsley, Aiden, Quincy and Demetri.

Robert was preceded in death by: his parents; step-son, Timmy Pruett; brother, Phillip O’Neill; sisters, Nancy Hugunin, Carol Fougerousse and Tish Lovelace.

 There will be no public visitation or services.

 In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you do something kind for someone in memory of Bo.
